When you submit a project enquiry we collect the details you provide, which may include:

• Name, work email, company and role
• Project category, challenge, description, timeline and budget range
• Existing technologies and required integrations
• Whether you requested a non-disclosure agreement

When you make a payment we collect your name, email, phone, company, billing address, the service you are paying for and the amount. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and never reach our systems.

With each form we record technical details that help us prevent fraud and misuse: IP address, browser and device type, time zone, language and the page that referred you.

We use enquiry details to review your request, respond to you, arrange discovery conversations and prepare proposals. We use payment details to process the payment, issue invoices and receipts, and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell personal information.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent given in our forms, on performing the contract you pay for, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you: Cloudflare (hosting and security), our customer-relationship system (enquiry and order records), Stripe (card payments) and our email provider (confirmations and replies). Each processes data only on our instructions.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are discussing or delivering work with you, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete enquiry data at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Contact [email protected] or (315) 288-8207 to make a request; we reply within 30 days.
